Mystery Guests

This is the one of the most exciting jobs I like – Mystery Guests.  I have been done this for many time, however still cannot hold the exciting bit.  Since you don’t know what you going to face, or treat, or what will happen. 

 

One of the best experience was in Beijing.  A city full of exciting.  I visited a newly set up luxury restaurant that famous for sea food and expensive price.  The environment is absolutely great and the service was called – Knee down service, and I believe most western don’t feel very comfortable about, however that the Chinese most liked.  

 

The knee down service is the young waitress ( you hardly see a waiter do it), almost knee down on the floor and you sit on the lower Sofa, they almost kneed on the floor, that why the Chinese call it knee down service.. I personally not sure abut the service, but liked their caring… Food need improve
